SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.

  • Shipping confirmation will be sent via email and will contain tracking information.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We accept returns for an in-store credit only.

  • Returns and exchanges will be accepted up to 7 days after receiving your purchase, and you are responsible for shipping costs. Eligible items for exchange must have all tags intact, and must not be worn, damaged, or washed. We reserve the right to refuse to exchange items that do not meet the criteria.

  • All sale items are final sale.

  • Please email amye@threepalominos.com to start a return with your order number as well as the reason for your return.

DAMAGED ITEMS

  • Items that are damaged due to faulty removal of tags will not be eligible for an exchange or return. If an item you received is damaged, you have 48 hours from the time you receive the item to report it to us by email. Please email amye@threepalominos.com with your information, photos, and order number.

  • Three Palominos is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen.
